MSRP is double wholesale prices.

Payments

Orders can be placed by email, fax, or phone. You can also place orders through our online wholesale portal once a wholesale account is established. We accept payments by credit card. Online sales are charged immediately. All other cards payments are charged at the time of shipment.

Turnaround & Shipping

‣ In-stock orders ship within 3-7 business days. Large orders may take up to 1 month. Please contact us for more specific time estimates.

‣ Shipping will occur once payment is received and processed

‣ Orders will ship via USPS’s most cost-effective method. If you prefer to use your own FedEx or UPS account number, please let us know.

‣ Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller is not responsible for displays due to customs.

Greeting Cards: Open top plastic sleeves
Sticker Sheets: Plastic bag with hang hole
Lanyards: Options of no packaging with tag or plastic bag with hang hole
Keychains: Plastic bag with hang hole

Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after that will incur a 10% restocking fee.

We provide replacements for any damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt and returned unused in its original packaging.
